The program offers distributors, clinics, hospitals and research centers throughout Brazil free reverse logistics for the tertiary box of perishable medicines, which is made up of: cardboard, styrofoam, plastic handles and cooling elements.

After being collected, the boxes are returned to the partner carriers, where they are sent to recycling cooperatives and the cooling elements are returned to Roche and undergo a quality control, sanitization and reuse process. 

Roche customers can fill in the form to join the program on their smartphone by scanning a QR CODE on the boxes.
