Digititalization process for cleaning and maintenance work orders

In 2022, Siemens Healthineers began the process of digitalizing all maintenance work orders, as well as the cleaning reports for industrial areas and storage at operational plants, which were previously printed. By digitizing the physical records, it is possible to monitor, in real time, the activities being carried out in the operation with a high level of traceability. It has also made it possible to take photographs of the activities that show how the service is being carried out.
Results and Objectives
The aim of the initiative is to improve agility and management by monitoring operational activities, as well as reducing paper consumption. As a result, digitalization has reduced printing costs and contributed to a significant reduction in paper consumption.
