Energy recovery for tempering furnaces
ABOUT IT
The aim of Eaton's "Energy recovery for the tempering furnace" project is to reduce the environmental impacts generated in the production process at the Eaton unit in Mogi Mirim. With this new system, Eaton aims to reuse the energy dissipated during the process, reducing consumption at source and, consequently, the generation of greenhouse gases (GHG). In addition to the environmental benefits, the project also brings financial benefits to the Eaton plant, reducing the cost of the electricity bill.

- Promote a reduction or optimization in the energy consumption of businesses and operations.
