O projeto tem como principal objetivo o uso de energia limpa e renovável nas operações da rede de fibra ótica da American Tower, onde possui 2 parques de geração de energia solar planta solar Frutal I e Frutal II, localizado em Frutal, Minas Gerais. The project'sssim, o projeto atende 100% o consumo de energia da companhia.
Results and Objectives
- Promote the diversification of the company's energy sources in its businesses and operations towards clean energy (generated from low-impact renewable sources).
- Production of more than 4,000Mwh/year with 7,200 solar panels in total, thus meeting 100% of the energy consumption in the company's fiber optic unit.
