ABOUT IT
The project consists of the implementation of Drained Stacking Technology in the mineral beneficiation process, with the objective of eliminate conventional dams and optimize the water use in the production process.
The initiative involved:
Installation of two hydrocyclone batteries, with 14 units each, in the old Dam 2;
Operational transformation of the structure, requiring technical resilience e process adaptation;
Efficient separation between solids and liquids., allowing drained stacking of the tailings and return of clarified water to the industrial process.
