Brazil for the Environment

ABOUT IT

The "VIDA LEVE" project is an experiential program with a series of debates, lectures, cultural presentations, and workshops, focusing on a culture of peace, health, and well-being, particularly the Millennium Development Goals (SDG 3) within a global and Brazilian context. It provides a brief overview of the themes of health, well-being, and the culture of peace through the participation of professionals who will share their experiences on the topics to be addressed. The project's main objectives are the interconnected nature of environmental issues and education for physical and mental health and well-being. Internet users will be able to interact and engage with the project in advance through promotional material, which, via access links and QR codes, as well as social media and web pages created exclusively for the VIDA LEVE project, will allow them to access activity content and register to participate. An accessibility package will also be available, including sign language interpreters at in-person meetings and workshops, as well as sign language interpretation and audio description to facilitate access for people with special needs.

The expected results of the LIGHT LIFE project are:, After focusing on the Culture of Peace and SDG 3 in the global and Brazilian context, and briefly contextualizing the theme of Health and Well-being and the culture of peace, through a series of debates, lectures, workshops, and cultural presentations, the aim is to contribute to encouraging the creation of a sustainable environment in which diverse and alternative experiences of environmental education, health, and well-being are accessible and, in a way, fundamental to disseminating a culture of peace and self-care, and an understanding of people's relationship with natural resources, healthy eating, mental health, as well as perceptions about possible paths for the generation of clean energy, climate change, art, and the culture of peace. This is achieved through a transformation in the people participating in the experiences offered by the project, so that they can replicate transformative ideas for a healthier environment of planetary coexistence and new ways of living in the world sustainably.
