The company has a Solid Waste Management Plan (SWMP) Detailed and systematic, strategically developed to ensure traceability, standardization, and control over disposal methods. The plan is integrated into the platform. SoftExpert, which acts as a tool for continuous management and monitoring.

Main results (2024):
Recycling of paper and cardboard scraps: more than 247 thousand tons;
Total waste generation: about 230 thousand tons;
Waste sent to landfills: just 4% of the total generated (reduction of 58% in ten years);
Reused or recycled waste: 222,610.40 tons, reintegrated into new production chains;
Revenue from the sale of waste: R$ 3 million, an increase of 400% compared to 2014;
Total investment: R$ 5,158,809.49;

Among the implemented practices, the following stand out:
Charcoal reburning (coarse ash) for power generation;
Caustic soda recovery in the wood cooking process;
Utilization of lime sludge as an agricultural corrective, registered with MAPA;
Use of wood bark as an energy source;
Plastic Recycling Plant, which separates paper fibers from plastic films, destined for the production of plastic wood;
