ABOUT IT
O Practices Grade 10 It's a program of CCPR System, developed within the umbrella of the project Seeing the Global Meaning, focusing on Sustainability, excellence in management, and continuous improvement of dairy farms..
The initiative encourages good practices in management, animal welfare, infrastructure and milk quality, through annual audits which certify rural properties at two levels:
Level I – Efficient Farm
Level II – Sustainable Farm
In 2024, the program included 727 certified farms in Minas Gerais and Goiás, which represents 21,6% of 3,364 CCPR supplier properties. These farms are responsible for 69% of the total volume of milk collected, which is equivalent to 547 million liters certified. Of that total, 20% — approximately 161 million liters — they come from farms in Level II.
Until the end of 2025, the goal is to achieve 60 farms certified at Level II and achieve 30% of certified milk volume, corresponding to approximately 700,000 liters/day or 255.5 million liters/year.
The program offers financial and technical incentives to participating producers, strengthening engagement and professionalization in the dairy supply chain. Benefits include:
Subsidy of 50% for confirmed female pregnancy in the CCPR IVF program;
Genomic evaluation under special conditions;
Subsidy for technical assistance with the partner network;
Bonus per liter of milkR$ 0.05/liter for Level I farms and R$ 0.05/liter for Level II farms.
