ABOUT IT
The project's Sustainability Indicators Center (CIS) It was developed internally by TPF Engineering to optimize the process of data collection, tracking and verification necessary for the preparation of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions Inventory.
The creation of CIS arose from challenges faced in the first inventory cycle, when data collection was decentralized and carried out using unintuitive spreadsheets, generating inconsistencies and overloading the responsible team.
With the implementation of CIS, the company now has a unified digital platform, updated periodically by the managers of each office, also including a Individual questionnaire on commuting between home and work. for all employees.
The project was structured in four main stages:
Mapping emission sources;
Development of forms and data categories.;
Development of the platform in an internal system (Madrix);
Training for those responsible for filling out and validating the data..
This approach diluted the data collection throughout the year, creating standardized verification routines and established a reliable historical environmental data, streamlining the submission process to Brazilian GHG Protocol Program (PBGHG).
