ABOUT IT
During the raising of the BR Dam, it was identified environmental risk of washing the chutes of concrete mixer trucks, whose effluent contains:
Cement;
Chemical additives;
Particles with a high pH.
To mitigate environmental impacts, a safe and waterproof washing system, with:
Solid waste containment;
Reuse of wastewater, pumped by tanker truck;
Use of reclaimed water for airway humidification, controlling dust and reducing the consumption of new water.
