ABOUT IT
The project Mosaic Sustainable Packaging Visa promoting the circular economy in the agricultural sector through reverse logistics of post-consumer plastic packaging.
The process includes:
Collection of post-consumer plastic packaging generated in the fields;
Packaging recycling for the production of post-consumer resin (PCR);
Manufacturing new packaging using PCR, ensuring traceability and technical, environmental and social compliance;
Reducing the consumption of virgin materials and CO₂ emissions in the packaging production chain;
Contribution to Net-Zero goals, accounting for the positive impact on emissions (Scope 3).
The project has already recovered. more than 110 tons of plastic packaging and produced over 1 million packages with recycled content, serving multiple states across the country.

Develop sustainable alternatives to the consumption of non-renewable materials;
Reduce CO₂ emissions in the packaging production chain;
Reduce the consumption of natural resources in the agricultural supply chain;
Create and strengthen a circular economy network packaging;
To contribute to the company's Net-Zero goal, considering Scope 3 emissions.
Results / Indicators
Recycled plastic packaging: 110 tons;
New packaging produced with PCR: >1 million;
Estimated reduction in CO₂ emissions: approximately 1,000 tons;
Coverage: More than 8 states;
Positive impact on the circular economy: Yes, under continuous evaluation.
