Brazil for the Environment

ABOUT IT

The System Revolution It is a compact biological wastewater treatment system produced in Brazil. The model was developed to meet national and international quality standards, also enabling the production of reuse water for different purposes.

Revolution Systems require, on average, 50% less area compared to cylindrical or conventional systems, while maintaining the same level of treatment performance.

The systems can be configured with different technologies, including fully anaerobic options, with UASB-type reactors and state-of-the-art anaerobic filters; mixed systems, which combine anaerobic technology (UASB) with submerged aerated filters; and fully aerobic configurations, based on MBBR technology.

The average treatment efficiency ranges from 92% and 97% in BOD removal and between 90% and 95% in COD removal, ...depending on the operational parameters and the type of effluent treated.

Results and Objectives

The project resulted in the development of consolidated products, with efficiencies of up to 97% in reducing pollutants e potential for 100% water reuse. The initiative was completed after validating the results obtained in the field and consolidating the applied technologies.
