Brazil for the Environment

ABOUT IT

Niltex chose a coordinator and created a WhatsApp group to facilitate the group's dialogue by neighborhood. The results soon appeared, for example in glass, the LOCAL COOPERATIVE captured 1.1 tons in May and in June it increased to 2.5 tons, in just 1 clay. This has led to decent work, an increase in income and a greater quantity of raw materials being returned to the industry, preserving water and the environment.

The local economy has grown with this system and jobs have been created. Also in 2021, I won 1st place in the CIESP Award and 3rd place in the Plastic South Award.

The collection of pharmaceutical blister packs from pharmacies by students has become a reality, with millions of liters of water saved from contamination by pharmaceuticals. Blister packs discarded in ordinary garbage go to landfill sites or dumps and rainwater carries the remains of medicines into the groundwater, contaminating it. The water returning to the consumer's tap is full of antibiotics and even contraceptives. https://www.linkedin.com/posts/niltondelzotto-residuossolidos_eteccubataeto-tcc-reciclagemdeblisters-activity-7143931220085710849-_5Bg?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop
